Hookworm is a parasitic nematode that inhabits in small intestine of its host, which may be a mammal such as a dog or human. Hookworm disorder is frequent in the moist tropics and subtropics. Two species of hookworms contaminate humans they are Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus. Roundworm eggs and larvae are generally found in human dirt contaminated by feces. Some have gastrointestinal symptoms, particularly persons who are contaminated for the first time. The most serious consequences of hookworm infection are blood loss premier to anemia, in supplement to protein decrease.
