S Maragatham is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, India; she extended her valuable service in field of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry for several years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.

S Maragatham's research interests include Soli Fertility, Micronutrients, Nutrient uptake, High Yielding Practices, Plant Breeding, Soil Sciences and Agricultural Chemistry.
