Agents, or more precisely intelligent agents, are a completely unique paradigm for software applications development, supporting the simulation of complex individual interactions. Moreover, agent-based computing has been welcomed because the latest paradigm shift in software development also because the new software revolution. Presently, agents are one among the most fields of interest in computing , AI (AI), and sophisticated system theory.
Intelligent (or rational) agents are utilized in a good multiplicity of applications, starting from relatively small systems, e.g. email filters, to large complex systems, like traffic control, bird flocking, or human social behaviour.
