An Indoor human and robot monitoring are important for providing services to people. Surveillance systems provide the capability of collecting authentic and purpose information and forming appropriate decisions to enhance safety. A location-aware computing may soon become a part of everyday life. Localization is a key technology to address how the robots and human localize themselves in the operating environment.
