Dr. A. Judie, RN, RM, MSc (N), PhD (N), DNSc, (MBA) is a highly competent, self-motivated and enthusiastic person with 18 years of professional experience in Nursing. Presently Dr. A. Judie is the Dean of SRM College of Nursing, SRM University, India. Her areas of expertise includes Research, Academics, Administration, Counselling skills, Communication skills and Problem solving skills. She is the recipient of various awards namely Best Nursing Initiative Award , Best women leader Award , Best Teacher Award twice, Young Achiever in Nursing award , Life Time Achievement Doctorate Award and Rashtriya Vidya Saraswathi Puraskar. She is the Vice president of “Nursing PhD Society”. She has authored various books and the editorial board member of few internationally reputed journals. She has published more than 40 research articles in National and International journals. She also has presented more than 30 papers in National and International conferences. She has guided more than 26 doctoral scholars in their research.
