NM Shakuntala is currently working as a Professor in the University of Agricultural Sciences, Raichur, India; she extended her valuable service in field of Agriculture and Food Pacaging for several years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
NM Shakuntala's research interests include modified atmospheric storage, dehydrogenase enzyme activity, food pacaking, food saftey and Agriculture science.
