Biography

Osondu CK is currently working as a Principal Officer in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Department of Hospitability Management and Technology, Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Nigeria; she extended her valuable service in field of Food and Applied Sciences for several years and has been a recipient of few awards and grants. Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.

Osondu CK's research interests include Plant breeding, genetics, Plant Pathology, Covered smut, sorghum, botanicals, leaf extract, cattle urine and Food Processing.
