Resam B Thapa is currently working as a Professor in the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Sciences, Rampur, Campus, Nepal; he extended his valuable service in field of Botany and Biological Sciences for several years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.

Resam B Thapa's research interest include Conservation Agriculture and Ecological Agriculture, Plant Breeding, Climate Change, Horticultureplant density, maize productivity and Micro minerals.
