Veena is currently working as a Professor in Department of Plant Pathology, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, Karnataka, India; she extended her valuable service in field of Plant Pathology for several years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.

Veena's research interests include Plant Physiology, Plant pathology, Agriculture and Crop Sciences.
