Infestation

Pervasions can be named either outer or inside with respect to the parasites' area corresponding to the host. Outer or ectoparasitic invasion is a condition where creatures live principally on the outside of the host (however porocephaliasis can enter instinctively) and incorporates those including parasites, ticks, head lice and kissing bugs.    An inner (or endoparasitic) pervasion is a condition where life forms live inside the host and incorporates those including worms (however swimmer's tingle remains close to the surface). Therapeutically, the expression "pervasion" is regularly saved uniquely for outer ectoparasitic infestations while the term contamination alludes to inner endoparasitic conditions.
