Reproductive toxicity refers to the potential of a chemical or drug to adversely affect the reproductive system, including the ability to conceive and maintain a healthy pregnancy. Reproductive toxicity is a critical consideration in drug development and safety assessment, as it can have significant implications for the health and well-being of patients, as well as future generations. Reproductive toxicity can manifest in a variety of ways, including decreased fertility, altered hormone levels, and adverse effects on fetal development.
