Design, Synthesis of Diaryl Quinoline Compounds With Anti-Tuberculosis Activity Research

Abstract

A series of 6 - bromine - 2, 3-dissubstituted quinoline compounds have been synthesized and their structures were confirmed by MS and H NMR. The preliminary pharmacological screening showed that these compounds expressed anti-mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv activity.
