Mr. Dilip Kumar received a B.E in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Army Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIT), University of Pune, India and M.E in Electronics Product Design and Technology from Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Panjab University, Chandigarh, India in 2000 and 2003, respectively. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at Maharishi Markandeshwar University (MMU), Ambala, India. He is involved in teaching and research activities at Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), A Scientific Society of the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, Government of India, Mohali, since 2005.
