II. METHODOLOGY 
The proposed framework exploits knowledge about unsupervised method to avoid the overlap segmentation. The image ROI and its background is fully automatic segmentation with system to determine ROI. Enhancement can be made in unsupervised method without labelling. 
A. Bayesian Inference 
The input image defined on the different domain. The task of segmenting the image plane into a multiple set of pair wise disjoint regions can be solved by computing a labeling indicating which of the n regions each pixel belongs to the image. B. Inferring SpaceVariant Color Distributions
