Sinusitis, a common condition affecting millions of individuals worldwide, is characterized by inflammation of the paranasal sinuses. This detailed note explores the pathophysiology of sinusitis, its clinical manifestations, diagnostic modalities, treatment approaches, and strategies for prevention.
