Dr. Devdutt Chaturvedi, recieved his Ph. D. degree from the Medicinal Chemistry Division of the Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI), Lucknow, India. After working as a Postdoctoral Fellows in USA and Germany, He returned India and joined different scientific positions at IIIM Jammu andNEIST, Jorhat (India). Following this, He accepted a position of Research Professor, at the Laboratory of Medicinal Chemistry, Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow Campus, Lucknow, wherein he is presently working now. 

Development of novel synthetic methodologies, Total synthesis of biologically active natural products, and Design and synthesis of potential biologically active compounds, natural products and their semisynthesis etc.
