Alicia Fernández Cirelli

 Professor

 Alicia Fernández Cirelli is a PhD in Chemical Sciences, Full Professor of the University of Buenos Aires, Senior Researcher at CONICET. He directs the Institute of Animal Production Research (INPA-UBA-CONICET) and the Center for Transdisciplinary Studies of Water (CETA, Institute of the UBA). She is Director of the Masters in Water Management of the UBA, Coordinator of the Academic Water Committee of the Universities Grupo Montevideo (AUGM). She has been Secretary of Science and Technology of the UBA, Director of the B. Houssay Chair of the UBA, Professor of the Aigua Master of the University of Barcelona, ​​Spain Deputy Secretary of the Ibero-American Program of Science and Technology for Development (CYTED), between Other prominent positions. He has received distinctions and awards, such as the Mercosur Award, in the Integration category in 2011. He has directed and directs national and international research projects. He published more than 150 scientific articles in national and international journals, 40 books and 65 book chapters, having participated in numerous national and international scientific meetings. He has contributed significantly to the training of postgraduate human resources, mainly of doctorate and postdoctoral studies.
