The title of his doctoral thesis is “The determination of the pairs of two-bridge knots or links with Gordian distance one”, which concerns a central notion of low-dimensional topology. He studies 3-dimensional manifold topology, knot theory and  contact topology. He teaches geometry, topology, calculus, algebra, ordinary differential equations, statistics in classes.
