Leunglung Chan received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the City University of Hong Kong, and his Ph.D. from the University of Calgary, Canada. He has held postdoctoral positions at the University of Calgary, the University of Texas at Dallas and the University of Technology Sydney. Currently he is a lecturer at the University of New South Wales, Australia.
