Dr.Archana Singh is Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Kamla Nehru Institute of Physical and Social Sciences (KNIPSS), Sultanpur, India. She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S) and Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA) and PhD in Sociology in 2005. Dr Singh has over 14 years of experience of teaching and research of human resources management and sociology. Her major research interest is role of rural women in the process of modernization whereas as her special interests lie in group dynamics, strategic management and business law. Dr Singh believes that field of sociology creates a vital interface for understanding of human resource management and business law.
