Viruses are infectious pathogens that are too small to be considered with a light microscope, but regardless of their small dimension they can reason chaos. The simplest viruses are composed of a small piece of nucleic acid surrounded by a protein coat. As is the case with other organisms, viruses carry genetic records in their nucleic acid which normally specifies three or greater proteins. All viruses are obligate parasites that rely on the mobile machinery of their hosts to reproduce. Viruses are now not lively outdoor of their hosts, and this has led some human beings to suggest that they are no longer alive. All sorts of residing organisms which include animals, plants, fungi, and bacteria are hosts for viruses, however most viruses infect solely one kind of host.
