Performance Analysis Of Time Hopping Ultra Wideband Communication System
This paper presents a new method to enhance the channel capacity of a single user and multi user background for ultra wideband communication. Time hopping BPSK method is proposed, where we employ fixed partitioning of TH-slots. This scheme has high data rate transmission, low power consumption, robust to multipath propagation, ability to accurate localization and ranging. The performance measure we have used to validate the result is BER Vs SNR. Experimental results indicate a performance improvement of TH-BPSK over other state of art modulation schemes like BPAM, BPPM. In addition, we have verified the effectiveness of M-ary TH-BPPM over simple BPSK modulations.
