 Dr. Xiao-yun Wang is currently working as a professor in department of biochemistry and molecular biology, college of life sciences, state key laboratory of crop science, Shandong agricultural university, China. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in 1997 and M.S. in 1990 in the research of plant physiology and biochemistry from Shandong Agricultural University, China. She visited Tsinghua university from 2002-2003 and visited Harvard Medical School twice during 2008-2010.
