Cheng-Kuang Hsu

 Associate Professor


 Dr. Cheng-Kuang Hsu Lo is awarded PhD in Food Science from Oregon State University, Taiwan. He has extended his valuable service as an Associate Professor in National Chiayi University for 15 years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests as an Associate Professor reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.  He is the Editorial Board Member of many International Journals and serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books.

 His research interest includes Food processing, Food Engineering, Food Biotechnology.
