David Carlson is a student intern for the 2008-09 State of the Rockies Project. He is a junior Economics major at Colorado College and has been active in student government, local politics and policy research throughout his time at CC. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
