Biography | ||
Makoto Usami is a Professor of Philosophy and Public Policy and Chair of the Department of Global Ecology in the Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies, Kyoto University, Japan. He educated at Nagoya University (M.A. in Law, the highest honor in law, 1991; B.A. in Law, the highest honor in law, 1989), and received his LL.D. degree from the same university in 1996. He served as Vice President of Public Policy Studies Association, Japan from 2010 to 2012. He is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. His research interests lie in Philosophy and Public Policy. He is the Editor-in-Chief of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books. |
