DCT Domain Video Watermarking Technique for AVI Video

Abstract

As the digital multimedia are integrated via the network, large amount of data is transfer and circulated easily and becoming faster, easier, and require less effort to make exact copies. This progress will benefit multimedia product owners as sales will increase. The major obstruction is the lack of effective intellectual property protection of digital media to put off unauthorized copying and distribution. In this paper we propose Digital video watermarking scheme based on discrete cosine transform also the Design of this scheme using Matlab Simulink. Watermarking technique has been proposed as a method to hide secret information into the signals so as to discourage illegal copying or attest the source of the media
