Expectation Maximization Gaussian Mixture Algorithm for Optimum UWB Channel Estimation

Abstract

In this paper, we describe about the low complexity and good performance for medium signal to noise ratio signals. Due to practical implementation maximum likelihood is more complex, hence here we proposed expectation maximization algorithm for best design of channel estimation and receiver design. The efficiency of this algorithm can be investigated with simulation using Matlab.
