Abstract

We discuss some of the issues that arise when analyzing probability connected to stock number distribution at various stages, as well as a numerical comparison of various recruitment tactics. When the cumulative loss of manpower on multiple occasions reaches a random threshold level, the organization goes for recruiting. It is expected that the inter decision durations and the threshold distribution for the Kumaraswamy Exponentiated Inverse Rayleigh Distribution constitute an exponential process. The numerical illustration backs up the analytical findings.
