Jyothilakshmi. R has completed her BE in Industrial and Production Engineering from Mysore University. Completed her M.Tech Degree in Production Engineering Systems from Visvesvaraya Technological University with first rank and Gold Medal. She has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Delhi Law School. Was a DAAD, Germany Fellow in the year 2011 for”Sustainable Habitats India”. She is currently pursuing research in the field of Biogasification(Solid waste Management). Has got Ten years of teaching experience in the department of Mechanical Engineering. M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore, India. Is a Secretary for women wing of Swadeshi Vignana Andolana, Karnataka which is an NGO involved in spreading spirit of science and technology for rural and urban India. Published around 18 Papers in international and national Jounals and conferences. Gave an invited talk at IIT, Guwahati, India in June-2014.Travelled across various countries such as Maldieves, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxemberg etc.
