Imaging Science

Imaging Science is a field concerned with the generation,collection,analysis, Modification and visualization of images. Links of the imaging chain include human visual system,subject of the image,capture device,processor and display.

 Medical imaging is that the technique and method of making visual representations of the inside of a body for clinical analysis and medical intervention. Medical imaging seeks to reveal internal structures hidden by the skin and bones, moreover on diagnose and treat illness. Medical imaging conjointly establishes an information of traditional anatomy and physiology to create it attainable to spot abnormalities. Though imaging of removed organs and tissues is performed for medical reasons, such procedures are sometimes thought of a part of pathology rather than medical imaging.
