Aims and Scope

 » The Journal of Veterinary Sciences (JVS) is an online open access  peer reviewed journal founded on two key tenets:First, to publish quality manuscripts in the field of Veterinary medicine and Veterinary research. Second, to provide a rapid turn-around time for reviewing and publishing of articles for research, education and reference purposes.


It is basically aimed at the clinical practitioners, medical/ health practitioners, students, professionals and researchers and professional bodies and institutions.  The Journal, with pleasure, welcomes all types of manuscripts such as research, review, mini-review, case study/ report, image and video, short communication, opinion, commentary, letter to the editor, conference proceedings, etc.


Scope of the Journal encompasses the following:

All works published by RROIJ are under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License. Journal of Veterinary Sciences strongly supports the Open Access initiative. Abstracts and full texts (HTML, PDF and XML format) of all articles published by Journal of Veterinary Science are freely accessible to everyone immediately after publication.
