Danica Hasanbasic

Professor, Department of Morphology, Department of Biology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Danica Hasanbašić is awarded PhD in Veterinary Science from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Sarajevo in the year July 1991. She received MSc in Veterinary Science in the year 1987. Currently she is working as a full professor for the subjects "Biology in veterinary medicine" and Molecular biology and biotechnology. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals. She published 92 scientific and professional papers, 3 university textbooks.

Danica Hasanbašić's research interests are biology, morphology, molecular biology,Radiobiology, radioecology, Hematologic changes in the course of acute radiation syndrome, Biodosimetry, protection ionizing radiation radioprotectors, Cytogenetics.
