Rodolfo Salas-Auvert

Professor and Research Scientist, International Unit for Hematology-Oncology Diagnostics (Unihton, C.A.) Maracaibo, Venezuela.

Rodolfo Salas-Auvert is awarded PhD in Surgery from University del Zulia in the year 1987.  He holds a Master Degree (MSc) from University South-western Louisiana in the year 1975, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) from Centenary College Louisiana     in the year 1973. He has extended his valuable service in Veterinary surgery and medical microbiology for over 40 years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as a Professor and Research Scientist in International Unit for Haematology Oncology Diagnostics (UNIHTON). His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.  He is the Editorial Board Member of Research & Reviews: Journal of Veterinary Sciences and serves as a member of various associations. His achievements include patents for acubisina wound healing coadjuvant, osteofix surgical aid for osteosynthesis, antisense peptides, sapotak dry concentrate of Achras sapota, automatic battery fluid dispenser and tail mamometer.

Rodolfo Salas-Auvert's research interests are microbiology, veterinary surgery, technology in veterinary, osteosynthesis, novel biomedical products and emotional intelligence.
