Dr. Tridip Sardar received his PhD from University of Calcutta in July 2015. Currently, he is a visiting research fellow in Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata. His research interests lie at the interface of Mathematics, Biology, and Statistics. Using mathematical tools such as nonlinear dynamics, dynamical control theory, and statistical methods, He try to understand complexities at the population level of ecology and evolution of infectious diseases of human with special emphasis on neglected tropical diseases. He is interesting to work in spatial and temporal dynamics of infectious disease; ecology of disease management and economic evolution of existing disease control techniques.
