Conservation aims to become the principal global open access source and repository of educational research in conservation. Its scope includes all natural and science disciplines critical for conservation of biological diversity. This includes: the biology, ecology and evolution of individual species and ecosystems; their distributions and dynamics; the ecological and anthropogenic threats they face; the mechanisms underlying these threats; the tools available to counter these threats and improve conservation; and therefore the factors which influence the success or otherwise of such measures. In addition to biology, ecology and evolution, therefore, Conservation includes relevant aspects of human social systems like politics, law, economics and anthropology, specifically as applied during a conservation context
