Each member contributes specialized expertise while maintaining coordinated communication and shared decision-making. Multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) are structured groups composed of professionals from diverse fields who collaborate to address complex problems. The concept has gained importance due to increasing specialization and the need for integrated solutions. MDTs promote shared responsibility, collective decision-making, and improved outcomes by combining different perspectives. In healthcare and other sectors, MDTs have become a standard model for delivering comprehensive and patient-centered or outcome-oriented services [1].
