Nadkarni MS is currently working in S.S & L.S Patkar-Varde College of Arts & science And V.P Varde College of Commerce & Economics, S.V Road, Mumbai, India. He has extended his valuable service in field of Advanced cathodic arc deposition; Nano-structured multilayers; Hard and soft layer; Hard and hard coating; Industrial tools for several years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
