Biography |
||
Bakare Kazeem Kayode is an assistant professor in Foundations of Education Department in Al-Madinah International University. He obtained is Diploma and Bachelor degree in Management and Business Administration at Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye Ogun State Nigeria, M.Sc. and PhD at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in the field of Social Foundation and Educational Leadership. His affinity for quality teaching and learning made him a cheerful, focused and mindful lecturer who is concerned about students’ engagement in learning. He has make tremendous contributions to students’ understanding and his university development in areas such as Human resource management; Leadership and Management Skills; Basic Statistics and Data Analysis; Advanced Statistic and Measurement; Research Methodology, Modern Teaching and Learning Method; Education Philosophy; Management and Administration of Distance Learning Programmes. He actively involved in academic, research and Quality assurance activities. He has been a strong advocate for quality control, compliance and enhancement. He has been the director of Quality and University Development of Al-Madinah International University from 2015-2017. He has head quality committees both at the university and faculty level. In these capacities, he has successfully completed standard operating procedure (SOP) for the university core and support processes as well as strategic planning. He equally developed the quality policy and procedures for Al-Madinah International University. He is a member of Malaysia Quality Assurance Network (MyQAN) and Malaysia Research Assessment (MyRA) internal auditor. |
