Carbohydrates or carbs are one among three main food types that the body must work properly. the opposite two are protein and fat. Carbs give the body energy. The body breaks carbs right down to use immediately or later. If the body doesn't got to use the carbs for energy as soon as an individual eats them, it stores them within the muscles and liver to use later. However, if the body doesn't use these stored carbs, the body converts them to fat. Many people follow low-carb diets on the idea that if the body doesn't receive extra carbohydrates, it'll not store excess fat. The idea, then, is that the body will burn a number of the stored fat instead of the carbs, which can promote fat loss
