Glycobiology is the investigation of the structure, capacity and science of sugars, additionally called glycans. Glycans are available in each living life form. Glycobiology is a quickly developing field in science, with pertinence to biomedicine, biotechnology and fundamental examination . In eukaryotic cells, most of proteins are post-translationally changed . One of the most widely recognized changes, basic for cell feasibility, is the connection of glycans, or "glycosylation". There are two kinds of glycosylation: N-connected (the glycan is appended to an asparagine) and O-connected (the glycan is joined to a serine or threonine).
