An antioxidant is just a particle that keeps another atom from oxidizing. Since there are numerous procedures in the body which bring about oxidation, the admission of antioxidant is crucial to neutralize a percentage of the negative aftereffects of the development of an excess of oxidized atoms in the body. Free radicals are insecure atoms that are brutally scanning for their missing electrons and bringing on untold devastation along their way.
