Biography

B.V. Balasubramanyam is the Principal Scientist for Dairy Technology Division, National Dairy Research Institute, Southern Campus, Adugodi, Bangalore, India. He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Food Science. He served as a Scientist for 12 years in National Dairy Research Institute.  As a Scientist, he is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in Dairy Technology. He has about more than 30 years of research experience on various technological and analytical aspects of milk and milk products. He is the Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise, as an scientist credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his co-authorship of many books.
