Govindarajulu Yadav M is an Assistant Professor at Wollega University and a Senior Scientist at at National Dairy Research Institute Adugodi.  He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Food Technology from International Science-Tech Research Institute, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India. He was a Executive at Dairy industry Nestle co- Manufactures for Cup Dahi., Heritage Foods India Ltd B and Heritage Foods (India) Limited, India. He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Food Technology from Sri Venkateswara University in the year of 2007.  He is a graduated in microbiology from P.K.N Govt. college  Chittoor Sri  Venkateswara University in the year of  2003. As an Assistant Professor, he is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in food science. His research interests, as an Assistant Professor lie in food microbiology. He is the Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise, as an Assistant Professor credits him/her with many publications in national and international journals.
