Biography

He is a Scientist for Center for Food Research and Development, Mexico. He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Aspartic Proteinase Recombinant from University of Guelph, Canada in 2007. He is a graduated in Chemist-Biologist Specialty Foods from University of Sonora Hermosillo, Sonora in 1991, with an immediate post-graduation in Nutrition and Specialty Foods from CIAD, Sonora in 1995. As a Scientist, he is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. His research interests, as a Scientist lie in Purification, Characterization Protease biotech Applications: Biochemistry and Biophysics characterization of novel proteases, Enzyme technology for the production of functional protein hydro lysates, bioactive peptides and / or milk clotting enzyme. He is the Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise, as an Scientist credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
