Biography

Syeda Mahvish Zahra is a Research Associate in Institute of Food Science and Nutrition, University of Sargodha, Pakistan.  She did her MS in Food Science and Technology from Institute of Food Science and Nutrition, University of Sargodha, Pakistan in the year of 2012.  Currently she is doing PhD in Food Science and Technology from Institute of Food Science and Nutrition, University of Sargodha, Pakistan. As a PhD Scholar, she is a recipient of many awards for her valuable contributions in food science research. Her research interests lie in Fruit and Vegetables Processing & Preservation, Product Innovation, Product Formulation. Her area of expertise credits her with many publications in national and international journals.
