Rita Narayanan presently working as Associate Professor at the Department of Dairy Science at Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University at Chennai.She worked on Probiotics and its modulation of gut microflora for her Ph.D programme.She recieved the prestigious Kurien award.She authored books on Microbiology, Food contaminants and Probiotics. Rita Narayanan has 20 research papers and more than 25 popular articles t published in peer reviewed journal. Have also appeared a slead speakers on Natioanl Seminars. |
