Bikash Chandra Ghosh is a Principal Scientist for Dairy Technology Section, ICAR- National Dairy Research Institute, Adugodi, Bengaluru, India. He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Dairy Technology, followed by a Postdoctoral program in Dairy Technology from Germany. He served as a Scientist for 6 years in National Dairy Research Institute.  As a Scientist, he is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in Dairy Technology. He has about 30 years of research experience on various technological and analytical aspects of milk and milk products.  Since past 6 years, he is working on research areas of Functional foods using dairy and non-dairy functional ingredients. He availed 3 International Fellowships on merit basis. He carried out research on 6 Institutional projects as Principal Investigator (PI) another 6 as Co PI and 7 sponsored projects. He guided 2 Ph. D. and 12 M. Tech. students for their dissertation research work and presented 15 oral presentations at various forum and conferences.
