Moreno HJM is currently working as an eminent Faculty member at Biotechnology Research Program, National Institute of Forestry, Agriculture and Livestock (INIFAP), Mexico. He is a postgraduate in Biochemistry. His research interests lie in bioactive peptides, Azahar, Protein hydro lysate, Peptidases, Plant proteases, Functional properties, Fish hydro lysates. He has published numerous research papers and articles in reputed journals and has various other achievements in food science and technology. He has extended his valuable service towards the scientific community with his extensive research work.
