Petra Beatriz is a Agronomy Faculty member at Central University of Venezuela, , Chemistry and Technology Institute, Venezuela. His research interests lie in cold pressed, virgin oils, volatiles, aroma, and seeds. He has published numerous research papers and articles in reputed journals and has various other achievements in food science.
